Hunk of Meat Mondays: Texas Steak Rub

I love grilling season. Nothing tastes as good as a fresh piece of meat hot off the grill - especially a juicy steak!

This recipe is so easy, Bugs and Squirrel could prepare it. However, I'll man the grill myself!

Any master griller will have the ingredients needed on hand in their pantry.

 Season both sides of the steak.

Grill to your desired doneness. My crew prefers medium well.
