Add to your grocery list:
One box of brownie mix
One jar of raspberry preserves
One box of white chocolate squares
Oh and make sure you have eggs and oil on hand for the brownie mix.
Just look at that chocolate, more chocolate and preserves. Mmmmmmm!
Pour 1/2 jar preserves into a small sauce pan and warm over low heat.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the box. Pour into the directed proper baking pan.
Drizzle raspberry preserves ontop of brownie mix.
Using a knife or spatula, swirl preserves into brownie mix.
While brownies are baking, heat coarsely chopped chocolate at 30 second intervals in the microware, stirring each time.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the cooled brownies.
Enjoy - so tasty and sweet. Such a great addition to a plan ol' brownie mix! And so easy for a working mom!
