Ranger Cookies are great!
Ranger Cookies can be made any way you want! And oh so easy - you just need a few ingredients and one box of yellow cake mix. Or chocolate cake mix!
The dough underneath the quick cooking oats.
The dough all mixed up with chocolate chips and coconut.
The formed dough. I used the 1/4 cup measuring cup but I found it was too big, so I switched to the large Pampered Chef scoop. It worked much better.
