I love cooking over a stove but as of late we have been so busy working with the calves in the barn, that my time has been limited.
So, I have started converting some of my fall and winter favorites over to the crock pot.
I love this recipe and it's a favorite with my family too. The spice from the sausage and sweet from the creamed corn are such a unique blend of flavors.
This recipe is so easy to make and the ingredients are all very common. I always have plenty of each on hand.
I can't brown any kind of sausage or hamburger without the use of my favorite Pampered Chef tool. If you don't have one......you are missing out!
While the sausage is browning, chop of the red potatoes.
While the sausage is draining, add your potatoes, corn, and spices to the crockpot.
Finally, add the sausage and chicken broth. Cook this delicious dish on low for 4 to 6 hours. I serve this with cheese quesadillas.
Enjoy!
That looks really good! Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Amen to the pampered chef tool! Love it! I made a chicken corn chowder that I got a wrinkled nose from my husband about, but this recipe has pork so I might get a thumbs up! Thanks for sharing on Hunk of Meat Monday.
