Sweet Pea

Her name is Sweet Pea.

Her mother didn't want her.

Her mother tried to kill her.

So, we ran to the rescue.

Motherhood is tiring.

Motherhood is hard work.

Motherhood is loving.

And we are discovering that motherhood is a lot of fun.

It's having your winter coat completely coverd in calf slobber.

It's being bitten once or twice.

It's having your toe stepped on.

It's races up and down the aisle of the barn.

But most of all. . .it's the best kind of love!
